Puan Hajah Umi Fadzlon binti Haji Sehat is a graduate of The Chartered Institute of Marketing (U.K.). She has more than 40 years of working experience in the areas of marketing, corporate communications, training and leadership development, financial planning, and corporate strategy planning.
From management training on the ground floor to shaping leadership and strategy at the corporate level — four decades of steady, hands-on growth.
She embarked on a career in management training with Genting Berhad in 1987 and completed a 12-month hands-on training programme across all departments.
Her last posting was as Training Officer in the Training Department, where she conducted training for supervisory levels and coordinated training programmes with external trainers for management levels.
In financial planning while working in the bank, this is where she discovered her strength in human resource development and team building.
